I’ll review your request and if you live within my service area and are requesting work that I provide, I’ll send an estimate over via email unless you’ve requested an in-person assessment.

If insufficient details are provided to form an online estimate then I will call to gather additional information. If that’s not possible, I will recommend an in-person assessment.

Why I often don’t answer my phone

By silencing my phone, I can be more focused while working for you instead of constantly being interrupted by phone calls.

I receive dozens of spam calls every day from solicitors. Plus, I receive many calls from homeowners not within my service area. This takes much of my time and attention, making it difficult to work efficiently.

It’s a tough tradeoff, but I can provide better service by not answering my phone.
